Our charcoal machinery is a complete biomass briquette plant.The raw material to make charcoal / biomass briquette can be any type of Agri-Forestry waste can be used. But the Moisture Content Should be Less than 12%, grain size is below 5x5mm. Groundnut-shell,Sugarcane,Biogases waste, Shells/Stalk Saw dust,Coffee Husk, Paddy Straw,Sunflower Stalk ,Cotton Stalks ,Tobacco waste Mustard Stalk, Jute waste ,Bamboo Dust ,Tea waste ,Wheat Straw ,Palm husk ,Soybeans husk ,Coir, Pitch Barks/Straws ,Rice Husks, Forestry wastes, Wood Chips and many other Agro wastes.

1. Crusher:Crusher is suitable for crushing raw material like tree branch, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc) with size less than 50mm(diameter). After crushed, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further briquetting. Our crusher is suitable for crushing raw wood with size less than 200mm (diameter). After crushed, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further briquetting. The two kinds crushers are fitted to the downstream equipments.

2. Dryer: For raw materials with heavy moisture content that above 12%, you need to install a drier, this drier reduces the moisture content below 12% before feeding them into Biomass / Charcoal Briquetting Screw Press. Material for hot air stove: Wood waste, wood briquette, coal, etc.

3. Biomass / Charcoal Briquette Screw Press: This Biomass / Charcoal Briquette Screw Press equipped with automatic temperature control are designed to produce high density charcoal. The extruded wood briquette (before carbonization) can be used as fuel for wood boilers, stoves or for room heating, but this uncarbonized briquettes has some smoke while burning.

4. Charcoal Bar Furnace/carbonization stove: It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal, reduce the production cycling time.
